Ocean Avenue Shakes: Wake Up and Get Moving!
Forget the coffee or diet coke - you need NUTRIENTS to get up and get moving in the morning. Avocado has fantastic nutrients and is a healthy fat - think brain food.
1 cup coconut milk
1 scoop Ocean Avenue Vanilla Bean WheySmart
1/4 cup avocado
2 Tbs. canned sweet potato or pumpkin
1/2 banana
1/2 tsp raw local honey
If you like it colder, freeze the banana the night before!
