I recently discovered this handy little snack and wanted to share it with you. Trio bars are vegan, gluten free, non-GMO, dairy free, wheat free, and kosher. They also have seeds, nuts, and dried fruits. Perfect for keeping in the car or your purse. If you have a nut allergy, I obviously would not recommend them!

Blueberry Avocado Smoothie
"My secret for extra creamy smoothies? Avocado! One
of my favorite foods with benefits. They have healthy fats, more
magnesium and less sugar than bananas, so they make a great base
ingredient for many breakfast smoothie recipes."—Gwyneth Paltrow
- 1 scoop Greenberry or Tropical Strawberry Shakeology
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- Small piece of avocado—about 1/5 of a large avocado or 1/4 of a small one
- 1 cup coconut water, or 1/2 cup filtered water and 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- Juice of half a lime
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tsp. raw honey
Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth and creamy.
