A few years ago I was way into the Sonoma Diet with their 10 powerfoods. Those still stick in my head and I try to eat grapes and spinach as often as possible! Throw in some Strawberries and you have 3 powerfoods in one meal.
Red Grape & Spinach Smoothie
- ¾ cup Coconut water
- ¾ cup Red Grapes (best if frozen)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of spinach or any other leafy greens
- 1 small cucumber
- ½ cup of ice (optional)
- ¾ cup Coconut water

Directions:
Wash all produce well
Chop cucumber and banana
Place in a blender or Vitamix
Blend
Pour over ice and Enjoy!
