Kashi Black Bean Mango Salad
Looking for a fast and healthy lunch idea? My husband discovered that putting the Kashi Black Bean Mango frozen entree onto a bed of romaine lettuce makes a great salad! Or it makes a fantastic salsa/dip for chips. Each entree is 340 calories so if you add lettuce you are only around 350 calories for a whole grain/veggie/vegan meal!
