Greenie Good Smoothie

Greenie Good Smoothie


ingredients:

1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice

1 cup rice milk

1 cup of coconut milk (makes it creamy)

1 fresh or frozen banana 

10 frozen peach slices

1⁄4 cup fresh or frozen pitted cherries or 

raspberries

1 cup Greenberry Shakeology (or 1 tbsp of spiralina powder)

2 teaspoons maple syrup (optional)

Ice, as needed



directions:

1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

2. Stop the blender occasionally to scrape down the sides of the container and push any unblended fruit into the blades with a spatula.

3. Best served immediately. Leftovers may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 day or frozen for up to 1 week. Blend the mixture again before serving.
