Eric's Famous Salsa

And I do mean famous. At least in our family. And it's really really yummy. Best made the day before a party and chilled.

Ingredients:
2 cans diced tomatoes w/out flavoring
3 green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. cilantro (or some fresh chopped cilantro)
1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Pour 1 can of tomatoes into blender followed by all of the onions and spices. Pour 2nd can on top. Blend maybe 3-5 seconds and no more. Regrigerate.

Sidenote: You can mix in corn and black beans and avocado chunks afterwards for a really yummy salsa.
